Repurpose Everything: One Idea, Every Channel — The full playbook behind today’s drill, channel by channel. Steal the templates.

Cyber-Tek Issue #31 by Litchfield Hills Press — A zine at the crossroads of hacking, survivalism, and tech-anarchy. Genuinely weird, deeply un-corporate, five bucks. The kind of thing this paper exists to point at. (Affiliate link, the building takes a cut.)

Repurpose Drill: One Post, Five Placements

You already wrote next week’s content. It’s in your archive with the lights off.

Pick one thing you published more than three months ago that did better than average. You’re going to get five more uses out of it this week. Here’s the drill.

1 // Pull the one piece

Open the archive, find the post or thread that pulled the most replies or sales. One piece. Drop the link and the core idea into a blank note. Everything else today works off that note.

2 // Cut it down to a short post

Take the single best paragraph and rewrite it as a standalone short post for wherever you’re most active. Deliver the idea clean, no link back yet. Just the goods.

3 // Flip it into a list

Same idea, reshaped as a numbered list or a how-to. The people who scrolled past the essay will stop for a list. Different container, same cargo.

4 // Quote yourself

Pull one sharp line out of the piece and set it on its own as a post or a plain-text graphic. The line that made you nod when you wrote it. That one.

5 // Send it to the people who missed it

Drop the original link in your newsletter with two fresh sentences of framing. Half your list joined after it first ran, so to them it reads brand new.

Five placements, one piece of work you already did and got paid nothing extra for. Block 30 minutes and run it.

What’s the one post you’d pull first? Reply with the link, I’ll take a look. ~ J.D.
